These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Citizenship Civics Test mobile app (the “App”) and this website (the “Site”). By using the App or Site, you agree to these Terms.

Educational purpose, not legal advice

The App and Site are study tools to help you prepare for the U.S. naturalization civics test. They are not legal advice and do not guarantee that you will pass the test or interview or be granted citizenship. Not affiliated with or endorsed by USCIS or any government agency. Official questions and requirements are published by USCIS at uscis.gov; always confirm current requirements there or with a qualified immigration professional.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App and Site for your own, non-commercial test preparation. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App or its content except as allowed by law.

Purchases

The App is free to use with ads. An optional one-time “Pro” unlock removes ads and unlocks additional study features. Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Purchases are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to their terms; you can restore a previous purchase from within the App. Refunds are handled according to the applicable app store’s policy.

Advertising

The free version displays advertising provided by third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

Intellectual property

The USCIS civics questions and answers are works of the U.S. Government and are in the public domain. All other content, design, text, graphics, and software of the App and Site are owned by the operator of Citizenship Civics Test and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App or Site, interfere with their operation, or use them in violation of any law.

Disclaimers

The App and Site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of Citizenship Civics Test will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or Site.

Governing law
